What Does 2SLGBTQ+ Mean?

2SLGBTQ+ is an acronym that stands for Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or Questioning and all other additional sexual orientations and gender identities.

What is sexual orientation?

Sexual orientation describes the way a person feels toward people of a particular (or more than one) gender physically, sexually, romantically and / or emotionally.

What is gender identity?

An internal, deeply felt sense of being female, male, a blend of both or neither. Refers to how individuals perceive themselves and what they call themselves. Can be the same as or different from their sex assigned at birth.

What is gender expression?
